Manto Mantherm HAB is a synthetic heat transfer fluid for closed liquid phase systems. Strict thermal stability tests have proved that Mantherm HAB is suitable for liquid phase heating system at -25℃-315℃, and the best operating temperature is -25℃-300℃. Its performance is comparable to that of Therminol T55.
Functions and advantages
1.Excellent thermal stability.
Heat transfer fluid used at high temperature for a long time will crack into light components, resulting in lower flash point, and also lead to higher viscosity and more impurities. Therefore, it is particularly important to select the heat transfer fluid with high thermal stability suitable for the operating temperature. Mantherm HAB is such a heat transfer fluid with high thermal stability that can be recycled at a service temperature of 315℃.
2.Excellent low temperature characteristics.
Mantherm HAB still has good fluidity at -25℃ and can be widely used as a pumping heat transfer medium.
3.Non-corrosive. Mantherm HAB is essentially non-corrosive to metal materials such as iron involved in industrial production.

Mantherm W1 is a synthetic heat transfer fluid for closed liquid phase systems. Strict thermal stability tests have proved that Mantherm W1 is suitable for liquid phase heating systems ranging from -30℃ to 315℃.
On the basis of Therminol T55, Mantherm W1 has deep processed to remove the components that are easy to coking and oxidation, and the heat transfer efficiency has been improved. At 280℃, the coking is 10% of conventional products.

Functions and advantages
1.Excellent thermal stability.
The thermal stability of Mantherm FM is better than other brands of heat transfer fluid, even the synthetic series of heat transfer fluid, to avoid the high steam pressure caused by the low molecules formed by heat transfer fluid cracking on the system, resulting in leakage of control valve group and pipeline, circulation pump cavitation and gas plug; The spontaneous ignition point is reduced, resulting in an explosion; Reduce the safe operating temperature of the heat transfer fluid system; Oil products are easy to deteriorate and need to be replaced frequently;
